      love what you do, work turns into child’s play, your chances to succeed

   Existing market: People must be looking for what you are providing, the
      demand has to be big enough. Check specific forums and discussion
      groups to find out if people are interested in what you are offering.

      If you choose a web site theme that interests only you and no one else,
      than you might have a nice hobby, but it will never turn into a
      flourishing business.
 

   Monetization: Can you make any money with your site concept? What if
      you don’t have a service or product of your own to sell, are there any

      your project? Make sure that your niche offers several ways to

   Hobbies: What do you love to do? What magazines or books do you
      read? What movies do you like to watch? Teach others what you
      know and turn your passion into a nice stream of income.
 

   Daily activities: What does a typical day look like for you? Some of your
      daily activities and experiences might be extremely beneficial for others:
      Child caring, household, cooking, taking care of your parents… Look
      right under your nose, your gold mine could be closer than you might
      think.
 

   Knowledge: Do you have a special body of knowledge? Is there
      something you learned on the job, from a friend, pursuing a hobby...
      that would be helpful for others?
 

   Your job: What parts of your job do you like most? Marketing, research,
      customer service, managing people…? This could also be a great idea
      for your web site theme.
 

   Problems and obstacles: People are always looking for solutions to their
      problems and for clever and easy ways to overcome their difficulties.
